Surgery Refurbishment Posted or Updated on 3 Apr 2023

Stepps Surgery will be undergoing refurbishment beginning 11th April and is expected to take approximately 7 weeks to complete.

As part of this our consulting rooms will be having a makeover and as such whilst work is being carried out in each room, it will be out of use resulting in a reduction in room availabillity for face to face consultations. Therefore could we ask where possible, when making an appointment, if a telephone/video slot could be requested as opposed to a face to face? We understand that this will not always be practical depending on the complaint but your co-operation with this would be greatly appreciated.

We would like to apologise in advance for any noise disruption due to equipment being used, that may occur during consultations. Unfortunately this will be outwith our control and hopefully will not be too troublesome.

We would also like to apologise that during part of this process our car park will be closed and advise if coming to the surgery, to allow for extra time it may take to find a parking space nearby.
