NHS Breast Screening Posted or Updated on 4 Oct 2023

Over the coming weeks, women age 50 to 70 who are registered in this GP practice, will receive an invitation letter in the post, inviting them to attend for their routine breast screening.  You will be invited to either the centre at Nelson Mandela Place or a Mobile Unit, situated in the grounds of the Cuthbertson Building Car Park, Glasgow Royal Infirmary.

When you receive your letter, we ask that you contact the Breast Screening Service on 0141 800 8800 to confirm you will be attending or to re-schedule your appointment.  Our staff are happy to answer any questions you may have.

If you are able to attend your appointment, it’s important to do so.

Screening can find early signs of cancer, and allows us to provide referral and treatment if necessary.
