Our practice is often very busy, and we strive to provide the best possible care to our patients. We are grateful to those who show their appreciation and understanding.
However, a small minority of individuals engage in unacceptable behaviour, including shouting at staff or clinicians, whether in person or over the phone. This kind of conduct is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.
Stepps practice is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all patients and staff. While we strive to deliver the best possible care, we must address unacceptable behaviours that compromise this environment.
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in exclusion from the premises, as well as potential criminal prosecution:
- Use of threatening or abusive language
- Racial or sexual harassment or comments
- Abuse of alcohol or drugs
- Drug dealing
- Wilful damage to property
- Theft
- Threats of violence
- Physical violence or assault
